For more than four decades the Izmirian atelier on Shatt Al-Arab Street has served Amman with the same quiet expertise: hand-crafting fine jewellery, restoring heirlooms, and helping customers commission pieces they will pass on. Beyond the catalogue, we offer the following services to anyone who walks through our door, or messages our team.

 

BESPOKE DESIGN

Bring us an inspiration, an heirloom stone, or a sketch on the back of a napkin. We will design with you, through hand-drawn renderings and CAD modeling, and craft the piece in our workshop. Most bespoke commissions take 4–6 weeks depending on complexity. See how a commission works →

 

RING SIZING

Every ring on our site is sized on order. If you're unsure of your size, see the Ring Size Guide or visit us in person for a free professional sizing. We resize complimentary within the first year of purchase.

 

CLEANING & POLISHING

Free for life on any Izmirian piece. Bring it in for ultrasonic cleaning, professional polishing, and inspection of stone settings. Recommended at least twice annually for daily-wear items.

 

STONE SETTING & REPAIR

Loose stones, worn prongs, broken chains, our master jewelers can repair, re-set, or refurbish. We also reset family heirloom stones into modern designs.

 

VALUATION & APPRAISAL

Independent appraisals for insurance, estate planning, or resale, conducted in-house with full written documentation.

 

ENGRAVING

Personalise rings, pendants, and bracelets with hand or laser engraving. See Jewellery Engraving for inscription inspiration.

 

PEARL & BEAD RESTRINGING

Pearl strands and bead necklaces should be restrung every few years to prevent silk wear. We hand-knot between every pearl using traditional silk thread.
