EXCHANGE, VALUE REVIEW & REPAIR POLICIES

Our policies are designed to preserve both the integrity and long-term value of your jewellery, while remaining aligned with current international market conditions.


SOLITAIRE DIAMOND STONES

UPGRADE PRIVILAGE

Your solitaire diamond may be upgraded at any time toward another solitaire diamond of greater value.

  • Within the first year, the original purchase value may be applied toward the new stone less a 10% adjustment.
  • After the first year, upgrade value is determined in reference to prevailing international diamond market pricing at the time of request.
  • The original grading certificate must be presented.
  • The stone must remain unaltered and in its original condition.

 

VALUE REVIEW (BUYBACK OPTION)

Solitaire diamonds may be submitted for valuation at any time. Valuation is determined based on:

  • Current international diamond pricing benchmarks
  • Certificate verification
  • Overall condition and prevailing market demand at the time of evaluation

An offer is issued within 2–3 business days and remains valid for 3 days. This process reflects current market conditions and is not considered a refund.

 

DIAMOND JEWELLERY

EXCHANGE

Within 30 days of purchase, a one-time exchange may be made toward an item of equal or greater value, provided the piece:

  • Remains in original condition
  • Has not been resized, engraved, or modified
  • Is accompanied by the original invoice
  • No adjustment applies within 30 days.
  • From 30 days to 1 year, exchange value equals 80% of the original purchase price.
  • From 1 to 2 years, exchange value equals 70% of the original purchase price.
  • After 2 years, pieces may be evaluated in accordance with prevailing market conditions.

 

VALUE REVIEW SERVICE

Diamond jewellery may be submitted for valuation at any time. Valuation is determined based on:

  • Current gold market value (net weight)
  • Current market value of the centre stone (if applicable)
  • Overall condition and prevailing market demand at the time of evaluation

Craftsmanship charges, design premiums, and original retail margin are not included in valuation. An offer is provided within 2–3 business days and remains valid for 3 days.

 

GOLD JEWELLERY

EXCHANGE

Within 7 days of purchase, a one-time exchange may be made toward an item of equal or greater value, provided the item remains in original condition and the invoice is presented.

After 7 days, exchange value is determined based on:

  • Current international gold market value of the net gold weight
  • A portion of the original craftsmanship value

Valuation reflects market conditions at the time of request.

 

GOLD VALUE REVIEW (BUYBACK OPTION)

Gold jewellery may be submitted for valuation at any time. Value is determined based on:

  • Current international gold pricing
  • Net gold weight
  • Standard refining and handling considerations

Craftsmanship charges and retail premiums are not included. Bullion, coins, ounces, and investment-grade gold are valued strictly at market rate and are not eligible for exchange.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the item:

  • Remains in original condition
  • Has not been resized, engraved, or modified
  • Is accompanied by the original invoice
  • Includes the original grading certificate (for diamonds)

An administrative adjustment applies to cover transaction and processing costs. After 7 days, refunds are not available. Exchange and value review services remain applicable.

 

REPAIR & WARRANTY

All jewellery is covered by a one-year manufacturing warranty against production defects. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Impact damage
  • Stone loss due to missed recommended inspections

Professional cleaning and inspection services are offered on a complimentary basis and are recommended at least twice annually. Repairs outside warranty are carried out upon approval of quotation.

 

GENERAL TERMS

  • Exchanges apply only toward items of equal or greater value.
  • Customized or specially commissioned pieces are final sale.
  • Resized, engraved, or modified items are not eligible for refund.
  • Original documentation is required for all exchange, valuation, or refund requests.
  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Policies applicable are those in effect at the time of original purchase.
