All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order found to be in error.

3. SHIPPING, EXCHANGED AND REPAIRS

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery terms. Exchanges, value reviews, refunds, and repairs are governed by our Exchange, Value Review & Repair Policies, which form part of these terms.

 

4. BESPOKE COMMISSIONS

Bespoke and specially commissioned pieces are crafted exclusively for the client. A deposit may be required to begin work, confirmed at consultation. Customized pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including images, copy, designs, and the IZMIRIAN trademark, is the property of Izmirian Jewellery and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Izmirian Jewellery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
